About

Made from English and European-bred plump, low-protein barley for higher extract and reduced protein haze, with carefully controlled kilning that gives a clean malty character without much colour. It can brew ales as well as lagers and has enough diastatic power to convert 10–20% of coloured malts in the mash, though it isn't designed for large amounts of unmalted adjuncts. Good mash pH control gets the best from it.
